Director General Post Office - Forwards an application from the proprietor of the Friend of India Newspapers respecting the great in convenience under which the proprietors of Newspapers labor during the runing months in consequense of then - being compelled to use dry papers so as to being them within the prescribed limit of 3/2 tolahs & for reasons assigned requests that from the 15th more to the 20th October an additional quarter tolah may be allowed to each newspaper or Account of damp accordingly to a rule which formerly existed.
