To Secretary Bombay - In reply to the enquiry made in the foregoing states that the Honble Court having referred to confirm Mr. Blowers in the appointment of Post Master General of Bombay in place of his drawing while on leave 500 Rs. per month from the salary of that Office which is now paid entirely to Dr. Impeys appointment one half of the salary of the Deputy Post Master General.
