Resolution - In reply to the foregoing Extract Pub. Works Department remarks that Officiating Superintendant E. T. has already replied direct to Mr. Exams and adds that H. L. in C. reguts the accident by which Mr. Exams has raffered loss but agrees with the Officiating Superintendant in thinking Mr. Evans has no calim on the Government for compeneation.
