M. the difference of 2Rs. being considored personal allowce to be discontiuned on retirement of the present insumhents with respects to the writers at Gangam as only one 3rde Writer on 15Rs. was recommended to # for increase the 20 Rs. Alowed by them should be given to him the other on Rs. 15 being designated 4 th Writer.
