In Consideration of Mr. R. P. Jenkins of the C. S. of the E. J. C. being permitted to to to Europe on furlough before obtaining from Offices of auditor account a Certificate of no demands -hevely guranted the payment of any claim that may exist on the part of fort against the said Mr. R. P. Jenkins.
