Translation of a Prielamation issued by the Nava Saheb - setting forth that greased cartridges were issued to the Native of the E. I. Company under the orders of government with the intentionof distroying the Caste & religions of the people of Hindoostan both Hindoos & Mahomedans & that an army of 35,000 British soldiers; had been embarked for India from England to enforce the use of those cartridges but that the entire army had been destroyed under the orders of the lultan of Tuskey by the troops of the sultan of tuskey by the troops of the Pashas of Eggpt.
