To Civil Auditor - Transmits for information Extract paras 1 and 2 from Court of Despatch no. 55 of 1857 dated 17th April intimating that had permitted Mr. W. Balmain C. S. to return to hsi duty and that they had Granted exteasions of leive to Mr. E. G. Biroh and J. Vansagnew of the C. S. for 6 months on sick certificate and to Mr. L. Bowaring C. S. # the 17th September 1857.
