Officiating Secretary Forwards for transmission to the Court of Directors copy of a letter from the Dr. Posb. Inst. N. W. P. together with Photographs of the Lat # in the compomed of the Collage at Benares also a fac-simile impression of the inscription on the pillar thereof called for in letter of the 16th November 1855.
