From Acting Accountant Revenue Department - Has adjusted the Accounts of Major Parke late Deputy Post Master Cawnpore, on same principle as in cases of Major Maling and Captain Mc Kinlay. States that Sum of Rs. 4587.4.2 appers in favor of Major Parke form whom Rs. 5606 were retrenced under Resolutions of Government of 7th February 1828. Suggests that a Treasury Order for the amount be issued in favor of that Officer.
