Under Secretary- With reference to letter of 7th March last forwards a letter from the Accountant General with a statement of the receipts & charges at the Presidencies of Bengal Madras & Bombay in accountant of Emigration to the Mauritius from 1842/43 to end of 1850/51 notices the that sum charged to the Mauritius Government in excess of what was necessary & recommend the Cource which shipped here after to purchased in report of the charge on that accountant & other Points Mentioned.
