Read a dispatch from the Honble the Court of Directors No. 24 of the 2ne June replying to Dispatch No. 1&12 of 1852 of 19th january & 23rd feburary and stating tha Mr. Housten Camit be allowe while out of employ to exercise the profession of a Barristers without ceasing to be a member of the service.
