To Chief Secretary - Transmits copy of a Dispatch from Court No. 42 of the 17th November/52 stating that the Society of Arts propose to Embody their intecuded exhibitions of the produce and manuefactres of India with a great international Exhibition to be held in Dublin in 1853 and desiring therefore that the alterations in the Societys design may be duly published.
