Under Secretary- forwards correspondance on the subject of the law lictures delivered by the advocate General to the student of the college of Fort William and of the Hindus and Hooghly college, and recommends that the proposal of the Council of education for the copulsory attandence of the students of the college of Fort William be submitted for the conuderation of court of Directors also that a term of month be added to the usual period of residence of the students in Calcutta , for enabling them to pass an examination on the subjects on which Law Lectures are giving
