Read a Dispatch from the Honble the Court of Directors No. 29 dated the 4th December 1844 relative to the circumstances under which Mr. Salmind and Major Low were removed from their appointments on the Establishment of the Eastern Settlements and the procedure to be adopted with the former in respect to the Property he has acquired at Penang and Malacca.
