From Secretary General Committee-- Submits with recommendation a letter from Secretary to the College Council soliciting permission to erect a 2nd storey over the Buildings now occupied by the Secondary School attached to the Medical College for an Hospital and Dispensary for sick and lying in females, the expence of which addtion to be defrayed from public subscription.
