Resolution Resolving that in future all Departments and offices having expresses to forward from the General Post Office shall apply to the Secretary in the Department who will issue the necessary orders to the Post Master General, giving at the same time notice to all Public Officers who may be likely to require to use the same express of the time of its despatch.
