From Secretary - States taht owing to the Benares Local Committee Having abolished the Study of the Minensa Philosphy, the General Committee recommend that Sobha Ram Shastree of the Benares Sanscrit College may be allowed a pension of 30 Rs. a month having sewed as professor of that study for 30 years.
