To Officiating Director General - With reference to his letter of the 7th July last forwards an extent para 5 from the Despatch forwarded with the foregoing and requests him to reconsider in communication with the Government of Bombay the arrangements proposed for the aden Post Office with a view to so certain whether if it he really necessary that the Post Office should be removed to Steamer Point the object may not be attained without increase of charge.
