Acting Secretary Board of Revenue - Forwards copy of correspondence from the Officaiting Post Master General in further eluciadation of the manner in which the Public money has been approprinted by the Post Master at Cawnpore reports that it appears from Mr. Ewers enquiry that major maling has mis appropriated the monthly sums by the offiemations of a deficient establishment which that officer made in his letters to the Post Office Committee.
