Secretary - Submits copy of the report of a committee appointed to enquire into and report on the efficiency and fairness of the system of Examination parrned by the Civil and Military Exam. committee at the Bombay Presidency and requests that this Government will approve of the proposed arrangements for re-organizing the Civil and Military Exam. Committee by assigning moderate fixed salaries o a President one Member and a Secretary the total monthly act under this arrangement will be rs. 550.
