Notification - After a preamble referring to Sec. 26 of act No. XVII of 1854 & declering that redelivery of letters parcels & packets that have once been put into the Post publishes the following Rule Unless by an express order of the Government no letter parcel or packet which has been delivered into any Post office shall be restored to the sonder thereof except in the cases & in the manner discribed in Sees. XIX &XI &IV of act No. XVII of 1854.
