To Bengal Chamber of Commerce - Acquainting them of the receipt of a dispatch from the Government of Bombay intimating that, for the reasons Stated in it, a Steam Vessls could not be sent to Suez until after the 15 prox. and that consequently the request Expressed in the letter from the Secretary to the Chamber of the 16 May last could not be complied with - Informing of the arrangements made by the Govrnment of Bombay to bring to India the Sondon Packets for June and July and of its having been empowered to dispatch a Steamer to the Gulf about the 18 August.
