From - Submits Correspondence on the subject of the Post Office arrangements carried into effect in Assam from November last, in consequence of the resumption of Upper Assam and its Division into 2 Zillahs. Recommends that the same be sanctioned from that date at the encreased charge of Rs. 417.3.03/4 per month.
