From Military Board - submit copy of a letter from the Officiating Engineer S. E. Provinces and of its enclosure from Captain Kittoe proposing as it will not be possible to complete the new road this year, to continue his survey to Sumbhulpore, and by repairing certain existing paths to render them so far practicable that the Dak may be passed on the new line during the rains.
