From Secretary - With refernece to his letter of the 14th January last transmits copy of a Correspondnece from the Commissioner of the Saugor Division reproting that he has authorized the employment of Lieut. Lewis of the Artillery in surveying the line of road from Jubbulpore to Nagpore and expresses a hope that this arrangeemnt may be approved & sanctioned.
