From Officiating Post Master General proposes an arrangement for making a midday or double Despatch extending from Calcutta to Kurnaul at an expense of 88 Rs per month under the resolution of Government of the 24th July last also proposing to make a double Despatch in the midde of Janauary from this place to Berhampore and Kamrah.
