In reply that the Governor General in Council is pleased to confirm the sanction given by the Government of Bengal to the retention of the special Commissioner, Mr. Molony, in Cuttack, until the end of March next, to conduct the current duties of the Commissioners Office during Mr. Ravenshaw`s inspection of the districts of the Division.
