Minute Honble Mr.Baylay - Suggests that the board of revenue be received fro the duty of superintending the propored enquiry into the charges against Mr. C. Shakesper the post master and that the commissioner on whom the duty on question may double shoould act under the immediate authority of Government recommmends all teh documets on the subject being referred to the superintendant and remembrancer of legal Affairs and the Selection of Mr. A.Trotter to be one of the Comissioners.
