Garrison Assistant Surgeon W. Earquhar M. D., of the Madras Establishment is appointed to aid the Surgeon of the Mysore Commission at Bangalore and to have medical charge of the Cantonment Civil Hospital, in addition to his Military duties, in succession to Dr. Henderson, who is relived at his own request of this portion of his duties.
