Resolution - The charge of Rs. 7.8 by the Printer of the Calcutta Gazette Press for publishing a Notice relative to the effects of Mr. Mathews a British subject must be considered a private one. The Contract with that Press extending only to such Advertisements as are sent from Public Offices and of a Public Nature.
