To Post Master General - States that the Collector to whose control Post Offices have been transferred stand in the same relation to the Post Master General as the Deputy Post Masters to whose duties they have succeeded. The Collector or the Assistant in charge will retains his proper official designation. The Post Master General to correspond with the Collector while he is at the Sudder Station, otherwise with the Assistant in charge and the Accounts will be signed by the Collector or by the Assistant in Actual charge of the Post Office at the time being. The same Officer will correspond with other functionaries in charge of the Post Offices.
