From Chief Secretary - Stating that the portion of Mr. Tods allowances payable at Madras during his late absence has been regularly drawn by his Agents there. Requests to be informed whether the portion payable in Calcutta for the same period has been drawn or is in deposit, mean time no further issued will be made to Mr. Tod until decided what stoppages he is subject to.
