From Acting Secretary - With reference to a letter from the Honble the Secret Committee dated 14th March 1831 tot he address of the Supreme Government on the subject of establishing a regular overland communication between England and India, transmits copy of the letter addressed by the Bombay Government in reply thereto with its enclosures.
