From Board - In reply to letter of 25th Ultimo. State that with the concurrence of the Board of Trade they deputed Captain Clapperton to Diamond Harbour to mark off a line of Division of the ground in dispute between Captain Cowles & Mr. Bruce that Captain Clapperton having done so submitted the same to Mr. Bruce who demurs on grounds within mentioned. The Board therefore again refer the matter to Government for orders.
