To the Governor General of His Netherlands Majestys Possessions in India - Calling His Excellencys attention to the subject of Piracy existing in the Straights and the Islands therein and conveying the sentiments of this Government thereon and suggesting that the Officers of both Governments will Unite in putting down so great and prevailing an Evil.
