To Board - In reply. Authorized the reduction of the Harbour Master Establishment as proposed. The Pilots to moor the Vessels which they bring up and unmoor those they take down, without any additional remuneration. Approves the principle of employing Pilots who are disabled from the more active duties of their profession on vacancies occurring in the Situations alluded to in the 17th Para provided they withdraw from the Pilot Service and receive only the Salary of the Situation to which they may be appointed.
