From Board - Submit the recommendation of the Commissioner Arracan that Mr. Adams be allowed a remuneration for his Zeal and activity in Buoying off the entrance to the Harbour of Kyook Phyoo. Suggest that 500 Rupees be given to him as a Testimony of the approbation of Government will obtain information from Colonel Wood relative to the necessity of levying a small Buoy Fee and the appointment of a Harbour Master as referred to by Mr. Halhed.
