To Accountant General - In reply. In reply to letter of 12th Instant. States that the extra expenses therein alluded to should be charged according to Instructions contained in Mr. Prinseps letter of 12th August 1830 to be distinquished in the Accounts as appertaining to the expense of the Governor Generals visit to the Upper Provinces.
