To Board - In reply. Apprizes that the precautions recommend to be taken by the Medical Board are not to be postponed till the arrival of Vessels requiring to be placed under Quarantine. Approves of the Situation selected for the new Station and their having advertised for two Vessels, one for a Lazaretto and the other for an Establishment, if the terms should be unreasonable. The Investigator may be got ready for the Service. Captain Clapperton to be Quarantine Master & Mr. Reid his Assistant Tents will be provided from the Military Department.
