From Civil Auditor - In reply to letter of 7th February last, states that no deduction on Account of Civil Annuity Fund was made from Mr. Henry Williams allowances as Assistant under the Salt Agent at Narraingunge but that the same was confined to subsistence allowances only, under the general usage of the Service and express provisions of 60 Para of Annuity Fund Rules.
