Shore Commissioner Dheyra Dhoon - States that he has entertained 3 Hurkaras to convey letters from Deyra to the convalescent Depot at Rajpoor and proposes to Establish a Post Office at LudoneHill for the convenience of the Residents there and at Mussooree at an expense of 52 Rupees Per Mensem,a nd to charge a Postage of one Anna on each single private letter.
