Copy of a letter from Mr. W. Ewer, Commissioner at Fort Marlbro, to Lieut. Col. T. W. Clyton, Commanding the troops at Fort Marlbro, intimating that the Deputy Governor and Council have been suspended from their offices, forwarding a copy of the commission vesting in Mr. Ewer all powers at the settlement, and requesting that it may be read at the head of the troops.
