To College Council - Refers to letter of the 23rd March last relative to Capt. Lockett being permitted to occupy Nos. 1 & 2 of the Writers Buildings when the College should be removed to those Premises states that the indulgence granted to the Secretary to the College Council to reside in the College premises is most to be enjoyed by his successor.
