Secretary - Forwards an Annual return of the State of Vaceination in the Territories subject ot the Presidency from April 1818 to March 1819 - repots that since the date of the last return there has been an encrease of the number successfully Vaccinated - States the causes of its faiture in the Cities of Jypore & Ajmeer & at Nepaul - with observations.
