To H. H. Wilson - in reply stating taht Government has resolved that the whole of the allowances viz 1218 Rs. per month which was assisgned to the lae Colonol wilford for the promotion of his literary Researches shall be assigened as a permanent fund subject to the pleasure of the Court of Directors for the prosecution of the same useful pursuits also assigns to Mr. Wilson the sum of Rs. 400 per month conduct and laboy of teh undertaking requested to reprot his sentiments with respect to the formation of the Establishment and the regulatins under which it should be carried on.
