Extract contains copy of a letter from the Acting Magistrate of Ramghur explaining the circumstances under which the Bangy containing 6 Boxes of Garden Seeds mentioned in the Acting Post Master General letter of 23 rd Nov. last was broken opened and the Packages destroyed.
