Mr. H.T. Colebrooke states that the specimen of coal collected by Mr. Stank near sylhet has been trees at the Green cavriage agency & at the arsenal & has very inperfectly answered the expectations entertained of its quality ins of opinion that state of comman coal may be discovered & leaves it to Government whether the research shall be prosecuted.
