Secretary Report - In consequence of the orders of Honble Court of Directors in their Public letter of the 3rd September 1813 para 53 resigns reasons for granting Mr Ives & Mr. Jones the Department Regiment & record Keeper an increase of 50 Rupees each to their salaries under the arrangement of the 25th January of 1812 annexes a copy of the Testimonial granted by Mr. Lumsden to Mr. Ives of his year & Deligence in the service of Governement & recommedding that they be permitted to draw therin present allowance until the further pleasure of the High Court shall be Known.
