From Secretary - Transmits copy of a letter from the Acting Post Master General and requests that a Transelling allowance not excedding Rs. 100 be grnated to the Post Master at Bellary to enable him to proceed on the road between Tarputry and Beejapore with a view to ascertain the casue of the delay in the transmission of the Mail on that Route.
