Judicial - Transmitting a letter from the Commissioner of Cuttack with enclosure soliciting authority to establish a Dawk on the old line of road between Pooree and Ganjam at an Expence of 30 Rs. per mensen to convey Public Despatches from Pooree to the Police Thannah of Nubba to the Canoongoes in the Neighbouring Pergunnahs and to the Solt Officers located along the line of road.
